Mission Statement
Friends of the Winterville Library (FOWL)
The Mission of the Friends of the Winterville Library, Inc. is:
- To increase public awareness of and promote use of the Winterville Library facilities.
- To support the library staff when needed by providing high quality service and programs for library patrons through: fund-raisers, volunteerism, advocating library services and promoting literacy throughout the Winterville library service area.
- To promote an appreciation for books and the enjoyment of reading and learning.
